We will offer a refund or replacement for containers that arrive damaged or broken due to transit handling. Each JW Naturals product has a shrink wrap seal. This seal must not be broken or missing to receive a refund or replacement. Pictures must be provided within 24 hours of receiving your product showing the damaged condition. Please allow up to 5 business days for an approved refund to appear in your account. Only the price of the damaged product will be refunded. Should you purchase 2 or more items, only the damaged item will be refunded. Please discard all damaged product after you've received a confirmation email approving a refund or replacement. If purchaser chooses to still use any amount of product in damaged container, you do so at your own risk.
Due to varying temperature fluctuations by time of year and demographics, your product could arrive in a liquid state. This does not constitute a refund. We recommend letting it sit in cooler ambient temperatures for a while (20-60 minutes) to solidify before opening. This will help prevent accidental spillage of your product.
